- SAM.gov opportunity data — public federal opportunity records ingested from SAM.gov.
- AI usage and generated content — prompts, AI-generated drafts, analyses, and metadata about AI runs.

How we use information
- Provide and operate the service, including matching, AI analysis, and proposal drafting.
- Authenticate users and enforce role-based access control.
- Improve reliability, performance, and user experience.
- Communicate service updates and respond to support requests.
How we protect information
We use industry-standard security practices including encrypted transport, scoped database access, row-level security, and least-privilege service credentials. Do not include secrets, API keys, or credentials in prompts or uploaded documents unless absolutely required.
Sharing and service providers
We share information with service providers strictly to operate the service — for example, hosting, database, and AI inference providers. AI outputs may be generated using third-party AI infrastructure. We do not sell user data.
Data retention
We retain account and workspace data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service. You may request deletion of your data subject to legal and operational requirements.
User choices
You can update or remove company profile data, search profiles, attachments, and generated content from within the app. Deleting your account removes associated workspace data subject to retention requirements.
Children
The service is not directed to children and is intended for business use only.
